We often hear people say that they don’t enjoy a workout because it’s “miserable.” But, the truth is, working out doesn’t have to be difficult or miserable! When it comes to creating a sustainable workout routine in order to reach a goal, sometimes simple is best.

Let’s face it, if you hate running, but you try to begin a workout plan that involved multiple runs per week, you’ll never stick with it and you’ll never be successful. But, what if you enjoy swimming? Or dance? What if you want to ride a bike? At the end of the day, moving and feeling good are the end goal.

That’s why, in addition to the kettle bells and the dumbbells, we our workouts involve jump ropes, games, and each other!

Remember, when you’re looking for a way to improve your health and stay active, it doesn’t have to involve movements you hate.
