  • 200g raw pineapple
  • 150g raw ground bison
  • 1/4″ chunk of fresh minced ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tsp dried basil
  • 5g avocado oil


  • Prepare pineapple: chop into 1 and 1/2 cubes
  • Prepare bison: In a skillet, add bison, season with ginger, basil, salt and pepper and brown.
  • Put it all together: Once the bison is cooked, remove from the pan and add the avocado oil and pineapple to the skillet. Turn the heat up to high and sear the outside of the pineapple until a golden brown color appears. Add the bison back into the pan and toss together.
